goal is to develop and deliver a high quality service that will astound our
customers. We offer quality products at a fair price delivered with superior
service. We provide our customers with a guarantee that our owners and staff
will provide great service.
We
provide dedicated staff to answer phone calls and immediately schedule
appointments. No office hours answering machines here! On all of our new
installations we offer four post-payment service visits. All of our
technicians drive fully equipped vehicles allowing them to repair and
service our customers needs in a timelier manner. All customers are provided
with a contact information sticker, which is placed on their controller to
provide easy access to company.
Focusing on service and repair instead of installations leaves it
possible for us to keep the client our primary focus and concern.
We are
proud members of the Irrigation Association, who we are proud to say voted
Affordable Premier Sprinklers, Inc. one of the top 100 irrigation
contractors in the nation in 2000. We are also a member of the Texas Turf
Irrigation Association and the Houston Gulf Coast Irrigation Association.
Presently, Steve Okelberry serves as President of HGCIA were he helps
promote water conservation and professionalism in the irrigation industry.
HGCIA also focuses on consumer awareness of irrigation laws and how to
protect the consumer from the installation of inefficient systems.
