Year 2001 completes another successful year for us and our customers. We owe it to blessed hard work and the confidence and trust of over 3500 good customers like you! Our client list continues to grow at a record pace thanks to referrals from previous customers and word of mouth.

The seasonal nature of our business has always been a challenging factor, (BOOM or BUST). However, given the size of our present client list, it will soon become difficult to provide all new customers requesting service with the level of service they deserve. Every year, during the summer rush, we have to refer customers to other companies in order to give our customers the personal service we are known for.

As a reflection of this outstanding service, the Better Business Bureau, has recognized Affordable Premier Sprinklers with The 2000 -2001 Torch of Excellence Award for Customer Service in Houston.

A. P. S.   Irrigation Maintenance Program

Some advantages of membership include:
    1. 2 scheduled 1 hour sprinkler system check-ups; spring & fall. ($175.00- $225.00 value)
    2. 10% discount on labor charges; (year-round).
    3. 20% discount on parts & materials; (year-round)
    4. Priority Service (over non-members).
    5. Water Conservation/Healthy Landscape.
    6. Peace of Mind.
Scheduled Check-ups Include:
    1. Detailed Inspection of entire sprinkler system.
    2. Make necessary repairs and adjustments.
    3. Consultation and Recommendations.
    4. Schedule additional maintenance or modifications as needed; (when approved by homeowner).
**Members of the Irrigation Maintenance Program in 2000 & 2001, recovered not only the entire cost of membership, but MORE, in savings & services, (including the two scheduled check-ups).

*During each scheduled annual check-up, 1 hour of labor Is covered by this maintenance policy (All additional labor will be charged @ 10% off standard rate).
*Annual check-ups will be scheduled: Feb. 1st - March 15th and Sept. 1st - Nov. 15th.

All other service visits during the calendar year, (Jan 1 - Dec. 31) will be chargeable at the member discount rate; (10% off labor & 20% off parts)

Irrigation Maintenance Program Cost:

Annual Membership fee is only $125.00 when paid by March 15th.
Coverage begins when payment is received, and terminates Dec. 31st.

After March 15th, Membership fee is $150.00 and terminates Dec. 31st.


While a consistent maintenance program can provide you with a degree of confidence, it is important to realize that modern lawn sprinkler systems consist of many components, any of which can fail at any time. Each member of the APS Irrigation Maintenance Program will receive priority service and scheduling.
